We have 5 types of accommodations: 15 Deluxe rooms, 2 Tree Houses, 2 Suites, 7 1-bedroom Villas and 2 2-bedroom Villas.
- If you cancel your stay for any reason with more than 15 days in advance, we will refund the amount paid, minus 10% of administrative expenses.
- If you cancel between 3 and 15 days prior to your arrival, we will refund 50% of the amount paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- If you cancel less than 72 hours before your check in, you assume the total cost of your stay.
- If you want to change the date of your stay you must do it at least 8 days before. The change is subject to room availability and seasonal rate adjustment. After the initial date of your reservation has been modified, no refund is applicable.
